I am Zoltán Törteli, a 56-year-old judo coach.
I started working with children in 1997. In 1998, I held training sessions for a kindergarten judo group in Székesfehérvár, and from 1999 to 2002 for junior and senior groups.
From 1998 to 2000, I obtained a coaching qualification at the College of Physical Education, majoring in judo coaching. After that I completed the 2-year advanced special education assistant training.
I was the main organizer of the Székesfehérvár Martial Arts Gala from 1998 to 2003, and meanwhile I was the president of the Alba Asian Martial Arts Association.
In 2010 I started to have judo training for kids again.
In 2013 I became the additional sports coach of the international football youth training association for one season. This is where the stabilizing movement program for 3-6-year-old children began.
I participated in sport roadshow organized by the Paralympic Committee in 2013. This was a project called judo with disabled people.
In 2014 I held children’s skill development classes for 3-6 year old children with disabilities and children recovering from accidents at the MOBEK Health Center.
I have been working as a judo coach for 27 years. As a trainer, I developed the Stabilizing movement program during 11 years of development activities in the classes of children with special educational needs. I would like to teach this method to as many 5-12 year olds as possible. This could give them the basics so they can safely build on it any other sport or form of exercise.
I look forward to seeing you at our development classes.

Together with friends and fellow athletes, we will organize the Parasport Day in 2022.
Meeting at the Spar Marathon with Luca Ekler (Paralympic champion 2022. Tokyo)
It is very important for our children to be able to move forward and backward, right and left, down and up safely. Our special exercises prepare them for this.
We primarily develop the middle third of their body, the lumbar part of the rectus abdominis muscle, the upper inner part of the thigh muscle, the muscles of the hip joint and gluteal muscle, and the lower inner supporting part of the back muscle.
Meanwhile the abdominal muscles, hamstrings, back muscles and shoulder muscles also improve.
In a total of 4-5 months (45 minutes twice a week), the child’s movements stabilize. Any type of sports can be built on it!
Dear Mothers! Congratulations on the most beautiful and happiest event, the arrival of your child!
Our latest program can be widely used for movement development. In the postpartum regeneration you are helped and supported by two excellent sex therapists, Martina Somorjai and Györgyi Séllei.
Our program develops the area of the body in which the lower lumbar part of the rectus abdominis muscle, the upper-inner part of the thigh muscle, the hip joint, the glutes and the lower supporting part of the back muscle are strengthened. Of course, the thighs, back and other parts of the abdominal muscles also get stronger.
Getting to know how to perform the tasks correctly (after 8-10 sessions) our program can also be done at home. Doing the workout 2-3 times a week, in 3-4 months you can feel the changes in your body. You will be strong, stable and even more beautiful.
The development of children with special educational needs is close to my heart.
I love them very much, and to tell the truth, I don’t like how these children are treated by the so-called ‘healthy society’.
It is important for these kids to be strengthened physically and mentally as well so that they can believe in their own abilities and feel capable of many things.
In a total of 4-5 months (twice a week for 45 minutes), they can experience a lot of success very quickly.
We are glad that you can also use our movement development program.
We offer a program with the professional support of sex therapists Martina Somorkjai and Györgyi Sellei.
Our program is useful for both physical stability and the strengthening of male roles, as well as for strengthening potency.
In a short period of 3-4 months, things will be put in place. A set of tasks performed 2-3 times a week organizes the strength in the pelvic area and the flow of blood and lymphatic system energy.
It is a great pleasure for us that our movement development program is recommended and useful for you as well.
Despite the everyday stress and overload, we want to help the everyday life of the Women we respect and adore. Strengthening women’s roles is an honour for us.
The basic energies of femininity reside in the pelvis.
Our movement development program develops by awakening, mobilizing and strengthening the energies, muscles and functions of the pelvis area.
We warmly recommend our movement stabilization program to you.
Maintaining and strengthening the general physical condition is also very important. But we want to help you in two very important areas.
One is safe, stable movement, which can eliminate femur fractures, as well as incontinence, which occurs in large numbers at this age.

The Törteli Stabilizing Movement Program (abbreviated: TSMP) is suppletory form of development. It develops parts of the body that are often neglected by coaches and trainers. The program mainly consists of ground exercises that provide stability and security.
In addition to the elements of the method, the consistent setting of requirements, the requirement to perform the work expected of the child, bring the real results!
Besides the elements of the method two other facts bring the real results. One is the consistent setting of requirements and the other is the demand to perform the tasks as well as they are able to.
Although, at first children don’t seem to like the ‘hard’ work but with clear and confident guidance they start to push the envelope halfway through the class they have a sense of success that they have never experienced before!
Through the training we also focus on positive reinforcement so they can feel their own capability and we always acknowledge the improvement they have just done.
For children with special educational needs and children who are healthy but not confident, it is also important to know and recognize their real power and make them believe how to achieve more than that.
In addition to the exercises, it is a huge and powerful task to overwrite the derogatory opinions that hold them back.
Discussion, evaluation, and affectionate acknowledgement are also part of our tasks while the basic of the joint work is the personal relationship and trust.
Personalized tasks are the key of all success. The creation of the result is closely related to the tasks to be performed.
We don’t „just” wait for the end result to happen… at some point… from something… from someone… the result depends only on us!!!
The unique individual load of children with individual injury specifics. correct and accurate task execution is essential! Don’t let other body parts and muscles take over the role of the current muscles. The importance of support, posture changes, directions, especially the left (usually the left) side. typically right-handedness, right-footedness strongly distorts performance and reduces range of motion. Exploiting this also develops awareness, and the range of movement opens up, making the child more skillful, braver, more satisfied, and more stable.
The most important factor for correct execution is that the children’s body level is always correct during the exercises.
The straight vertical position of the spine, parallel bearing of the shoulder plane, parallelism of the pelvic plane to the ground, keeping the head up and straight, supporting the hands and feet when necessary.
Maintaining correct posture is the basis for successful development. It means that the right body parts will develop.
It is an important element of the training that the children have to do the exercises with bare feet.
They should not be wearing loose clothing that hinders movement, distracts from the exercises, and causes different muscle work in a different posture.
The hair has to be tied.
The surface, carpet, parquet should be neither too slippery nor too sticky.
ABC order
TSMP sessions will start soon in several countries. The training of the instructor candidates is currently in progress. Getting to know the big European cities, developing a local network. After a joint assessment of the needs, we hope that the instructor training will start in the spring of 2023, followed by the first groups.
